the V2 will have the rocker button, however given that the Migswitch team stated they stopped production over V1. and they were already having problems mass producing them. it might be at least next month before V2 is out in the wild/ resellers. Add in customs and the fact the resellers basically have to assemble the mig and the boxes, i would not expect anyone to get one in their hands until maybe late july. anything you order at the moment might just be left over V1. maybe someone might release a mod for the v1.

Because Apple OS support Exfat, you should be able to download and reformat your SD card for it to work, however, apple formatting doesnt always create partitions that can be read by different OSes. if you have bootcamp running i would just have a windows install to do it. Since the migswitch team made their programs to run on hacked switches and on windows. it will be less of a hassle.

it can only emulate physical games, however that might change a year down the line. this is a major breakthrough. and if the 3ds hacks are any indication of how this might go. we might eventually be able to do that, but it will raise the chances of bans. Even if a workaround is found today for digital releases, i guarantee nintendo will go ban heavy over those as the purchase can be tracked.

1.1.4 should have fixed this for the most part, but it may still happen. to circumvent this, always save before turning your switch off. its a hassle but its a valid workaround

great support, i think as the mig switch takes off it would be stupid for nintendo to try to ban everyone over games. imagine if gamefly's games got dumped? lol again thanks
