the V2 will have the rocker button, however given that the Migswitch team stated they stopped production over V1. and they were already having problems mass producing them. it might be at least next month before V2 is out in the wild/ resellers. Add in customs and the fact the resellers basically have to assemble the mig and the boxes, i would not expect anyone to get one in their hands until maybe late july. anything you order at the moment might just be left over V1. maybe someone might release a mod for the v1.
